With over 20 years of experience in fitness and Pilates, my passion for the human body's potential was sparked at the tender age of three when I took my first dance class. As I grew older, my love for movement grew as well. I studied ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance and eventually began teaching and performing until my thirties. Transitioning into the fitness industry in my early 20s after obtaining my bachelor's degree, I gained experience in various group exercises, strength training, and Olympic lifting. I noticed a significant gap in medical fitness, which led me to seek multiple certifications, including becoming a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and earning two master's degrees. This wealth of knowledge and experience forms the basis of Healthy Living by Margreta. Each client is provided with the highest standard of care and guidance.
